Biography
Born in the family of a poor peasant. In 1914 he graduated from the four-year Zemstvo school in the village of Gnatovka, Prilutsk district. In June 1914 - October 1921 - a peasant on his father's farm, a shepherd in the village of Gnatovka. In November 1921 - September 1922 - Secretary of the Ivanovo Volost Committee of the poor of Prilutsk Uyezd.
In October 1922 - May 1924, he was a Red Army soldier of a separate guard battalion of the Revolutionary Military Council of the USSR in Moscow.
In June 1924 - September 1925 - Chairman of the Sokirinsky Village Council of the Prilutsk District.
Member of the CPSU (b) since March 1925 .
In October 1925 - September 1927, he was a cadet of a Soviet second-level party school in the city of Poltava. In November 1927 - April 1930, he was the head of the propaganda department of the Varvinsky district committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in the Prilutsk district.
In May 1930 - June 1932 - student of the Kiev Financial and Economic Institute. In June 1932 - March 1933 - graduate student of the Communist University named after Artem in the city of Kharkov.
In April 1933 - April 1937 - deputy for mass party work, head of the political department, deputy director for political affairs of the Medvinsky machine and tractor station in the Boguslavsky district of the Kiev region.
In April - August 1937, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Boguslavsky District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev Region.
In August 1937 - January 1939 - 1st Secretary of the Boguslavsky District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev region.
In January 1939 - May 1944 - 1st Secretary of the West Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan.
In July 1944 - September 1948 - 1st Secretary of the Zvenigorod District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev Region.
He died in November 1948.
