Evgeni Mikhailovich Minchenko (born December 13, 1994 , Lugansk , Ukraine ) is a Russian professional basketball player playing in the center position. He plays for the dome club Rodniki .

Career
Speaking in the championship of the Youth League for the team of Lugansk Minchenko, there was an offer to move and train professionally as part of Kiev . But after a couple of months in the new team, Eugene was injured and missed the whole season.
In 2012, Minchenko signed a two-year contract with Liepaja . After the first season he went on lease to Saldus [1] . As part of the team, Eugene spent 16 matches, spending 16.3 minutes on the court, for which he scored 6.2 points and 4.1 rebounds.
In February 2014, Minchenko moved to Odessa [2] . Eugene spent 17 matches for the Odessa team, gaining an average of 7.1 points for 3.7 rebounds and 1.2 block shots.
In August 2015, Minchenko became a player in Samara [3] . As part of the team in the season 2017/2018, Eugene spent 23 matches (an average of 9.45 minutes on the court), gaining 6.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 0.2 assists, 0.3 interceptions and 0.7 block shota.
In January 2018, he moved to Ryazan [4] .
In April 2018, he continued his career at the Dome-Springs [5] .
Personal life
In 2016, Minchenko received Russian citizenship. On June 12 at a holiday dedicated to the Day of Russia , the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation was handed to him by the governor of the Samara region Nikolai Merkushkin [6] .
