Dmitry Petrovich Zubkov ( 1911 , Semeykino village - 2006, Kyrgyzstan) - senior agronomist of the Frunze beet farm of the USSR Ministry of Food Industry, Kant District , Kyrgyz SSR . Hero of Socialist Labor (1948). Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR. Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR (1976).

Biography
Born in 1911 in a peasant family in the village of Semeykino (now Putivl district , Sumy region , Ukraine ). He participated in the Great Patriotic War. Since 1946 - a senior agronomist of a beet farm named after Frunze of the Kant region.
I used advanced agronomic methods, as a result of which the yield of sugar beets on the state farm significantly increased. In 1947, an average of 817 centners of sugar beet was collected from each hectare on the state farm. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 8, 1948, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."
In 1954 he graduated from the correspondence department of the All-Union Agricultural Institute in Balashikha. Since 1959 - Director of the Kyrgyz Testing Station for Road Transport.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1965-1967).
