The company was created in 2004 by an American of Pakistani origin Ashal Azis with the money of Sequoia Capital fund .
The main investors of the company at the moment are Sequoia Capital, In-Q-Tel and Juniper Networks .
Since April 2015, FireEye and HP entered into a partnership agreement to jointly develop solutions for cybersecurity [2] .
