Born in 1900 into a peasant family in the village of Sary-Bulak (today - the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region). Since 1925 he was engaged in teaching. Since 1929 - at party work. In 1945, he was elected chairman of the Chkalov collective farm in the Achinsk region.
He brought the collective farm to the number of advanced agricultural enterprises in the Jalal-Abad region. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of September 15, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
