Biography

He graduated from the Leningrad Higher Marine Engineering College. Admiral S. O. Makarov (1970) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1984). He speaks English , Serbian and Croatian . At diplomatic work since 1984.

  • In 1992 - 1997 - adviser-envoy of the Russian Embassy in Armenia .
  • In 1997 - 1998, he was the chief adviser to the Fourth Department of the CIS Countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • In 1998 - 2002 - Deputy Director of the Fourth Department of the CIS Countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • From July 26, 2002 to July 27, 2007 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago concurrently [1] [2] [3] .
