History

OZEREVO - parish village. Chagodoshcha River.
Peasant households - no. There are 20 buildings, including residential buildings - 17. A small shop and a drinking house.
The number of inhabitants according to the parish records of 1879: 24 m. p. [2]

In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village administratively belonged to the Tarantaevsky volost of the 5th zemsky district of the 3rd camp of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province .

OZEREVA - churchyard graveyard, number of courtyards - 2, number of houses - 2, number of inhabitants: 9 m. P.; Occupations of residents: church service. Chagoda River. The church, 2 parish schools, Torzhok on Toritsyn Day, is adjacent to the village of Tarantaevo.

According to the military topographic map of the Novgorod province of the 1912 edition, it was Ozerovsky churchyard , which consisted of 8 peasant households [4] .

From 1917 to 1918, the village was part of the Tarantaevsky volost of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province.

Since 1918, as part of the Cherepovets province .

Since 1924, as part of the Sominsk volost.

Since 1927, as part of the Ozerevsky village council of the Efimov district [5] .

According to 1933, the village of Ozerevo was the administrative center of the Ozerevsky village council of the Efimovsky district, which included 14 settlements: the villages of Gorodok, Voronyachye Gorki, Zhavoronikh, Klesk, Kozhino, Mareino, Novikovo, Pesochno, Porechye, Seltso-Gorka, Trufanovo, Usadishche, Shulginino and the village of Ozeryovo , with a total population of 1250 people [6] .

According to 1936, the village council consisted of 9 settlements, 249 households and 10 collective farms [7] .

In 1940, the population of the village was 111 people.

Since 1965, as part of the Boksitogorsky district [5] .

According to the data of 1966 and 1973, the village of Ozerevo was part of the Ozerevsky village council, the administrative center of the village council was the village of Klimovo [8] [9] .

According to 1990, the village of Ozeryovo was part of the Klimovsky village council [10] .

In 1997, 31 people lived in the village of Ozeryovo, Klimovsky volost, in 2002 - 22 people (all Russians) [11] [12] .

In 2007, 23 people lived in the village of Ozerevo Klimovsky SP , in 2010 - also 23 [13] [14] .

Geography

The village is located in the southern part of the district near the highway 41K-030 ( Zabelino - Krasnaya Rechka ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 6 km [13] .

The distance to the nearest railway station Efimovskaya is 40 km [8] .

The village is located on the left bank of the Chagoda River .

As of January 1, 2013, there were 10 households in the village [15] .

Attractions

  • Church in the name of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The wooden temple was built at the beginning of the 18th century. The church is preserved.
  • Church in the name of St. Great Martyr George the Victorious. A stone church with a wooden finish existed on the Ozerevsky churchyard before 1582. In 1845 he was replaced by a completely stone church with chapels of the Holy Trinity and the Great Martyr George. The temple was closed in 1934. The building is partially preserved, now restored as the Church of the Holy Trinity, attributed to the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross Exaltation of the City of Pikalyovo [16] .
