Career
His first start in international racing was the IBU Cup sprint 2012/2013 , where Vegard took tenth place [1] , which could qualify his starting number in the pursuit , but there were no similar races at this stage of the IBU Cup 2012/2013 .
The best result of the 2012/2013 season in personal races for Vegard was the fourth place at the 2013 Junior Biathlon World Championships in the individual race . In relay races, the first place in the junior relay was the best result. [2] [3]
Later, in the third stage of the 2012/2013 IBU Cup, the athlete took 36th place in the sprint for 10 kilometers. [4] In the further course of the season, already at the sixth stage of the IBU Cup 2012/2013 in the German Ruhpolding, Vegard took 26th place in the ten-kilometer sprint and 27th place in the pursuit for twelve and a half kilometers.
