The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Kaluga Region of 04.03.2013 No. 354-OZ “On the establishment of the boundaries of municipalities located in the administrative-territorial units“ Baryatinsky District ”,“ Kuibyshevsky District ”,“ Lyudinovsky District ”,“ Meshchovsky District ” , "Spas-Demensky district", "Ulyanovsk district" and the empowerment of them with the status of urban settlement, rural settlement, urban district, municipal district " [2] .
