Born in 1907 in a peasant family in the village of Bash-Bulak. He began his career in 1930. Since 1943 he worked as a shepherd at the Katta-Taldyk tribal state farm of the Osh district.
In 1957 he raised an average of 125 lambs from each hundred ewes and sheared an average of 4.9 kilograms of wool per sheep. In 1958, he raised 112 lambs from each hundred ewes and received 5.8 kilograms of wool from each sheep. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 16, 1958, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
Twice elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1959-1967).
After retiring, he lived in his native village, where he died in 1977.
