Biography
Born in 1906; place of birth - Biysk . Nationality - Russian . Member of the CPSU (b) since 07.1927. Consisted in the Komsomol.
In the years 1927-1928. student of Biysk district courses of secretaries of the Komsomol district committees, executive secretary of the Soloneshin district committee of the Komsomol (Siberian Territory). In 1928-1931 in the border troops of the OGPU. In 1931-1933 Commissioner of Biysk City Department of the GPU (East Siberian Territory). In 1933-1934 Head of the Zyryansky regional department of the GPU (East Siberian Territory). In 1934-1937 Head of the V Division of the Economic - III Division of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the OGPU - the NKVD Directorate for the East Siberian Territory, Head of the Division of the IV Division of the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR, Head of the VIII Division of the 4th Division of the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR.
From 10/19/1937 - Deputy Head of the NKVD, head of the NKVD of the Kuibyshev Region from 02/28/1938 to 01/17/1939 - beginning. NKVD Kuibyshev region.
