Henry II ( Fr. Henri II de Rodez ; October 1240 - September 4, 1304 ) - Count of Rodez since 1274, Viscount Karl and Kreisel, Baron de Mereue, Senor Rocfoeil, Benavent, Vic and Marmies. Known as a poet and patron of the troubadours (including Giro (Giraut) Rikye ).

In 1285, Henry II as Viscount of Carla achieved that Viscount Muir recognized him as his overlord and brought homage to most of the possessions.
In a will drawn up shortly before his death, he divided his possessions between his daughters.
Family
- The first wife (prenuptial agreement September 8, 1256, wedding November 17, 1259) - Marquise de Beau, daughter of Barral de Beau , Viscount de Marseille, and Sibylla d'Anduse.
- The second wife (October 2, 1270) - Mascarosa de Commenge (b.c. 1250, d. After March 1291), daughter of Count Bernard VI de Commenge .
- The third wife (1302) - Anna de Poitiers (d. August 17, 1351), daughter of Eymar IV , Count of Valentinua, and his second wife Margarita of Geneva.
From the first wife - daughter:
- Isabella (d. No earlier than 1325), Viscountess de Carla. Husband (prenuptial agreement 1291) - Geoffrey V de Pons .
Three children are known from the second wife:
- Walpurga, Viscountess de Kreisel, Dame de Roquefoyl. Husband (1298) - Gaston d'Armagnac, Viscount de Fezansage.
- Cecile (c. 1272–1313), Countess Rodez. Husband (1298) - Bernard VI, Count of d'Armagnac .
- Beatrice (d. April 1315), Dame de Scorille and de Saint-Christophe. Husband (1295) - Bernard IV, Senior de La Tour.
