Born in 1914 into a peasant family in the village of Kayirma. Since 1936 he worked as a field farmer on the collective farm named after Lenin of the Dzhumgalsky district. He participated in the Great Patriotic War. After demobilization, he returned to his native collective farm, where from 1946 to 1974 he worked as a shepherd.
In 1956 he raised 117 lambs from each hundred ewes and sheared an average of 4 kilograms per sheep. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 16, 1958, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
After retiring in 1974, he lived in his native village, where he died in 1996.
