Biography
In 1928 he graduated from the Kharkov Art Institute (workshop of S. Prokhorov and M. Sharonov ). Having received the specialty of an artist of easel and monumental painting, in 1930-1941 (intermittently) he headed the graphic department of the same institute.
In 1938-1940 - the first chairman of the Presidium of the SCU.
Since 1944 he lived and worked in Lviv , taught at the Polytechnic Institute . Since 1945 - Head of the Department of "Drawing and Painting" LPI.
Creativity
Portraitist , author of a number of design works and political posters for public holidays in Kharkov (1920-1940s).
