Biography
Member of the Revolution of 1905-07 , a member of the Kursk City Committee of the RSDLP. For revolutionary activity he was repeatedly arrested and exiled.
Member of the Civil War .
Since 1921 , at party, Soviet and trade union work in Kursk, Michurinsk , Voronezh , Moscow .
Since 1937 , the chairman of the Polotsk district executive committee , the secretary of the Party Board under the Commissioner for Party Control under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in the BSSR, and the chairman of the Supreme Court of the BSSR. Since 1943 , the head. the appeals sector of the organizational department of the Central Committee of the CP (b) b, in 1944 - 1959 a member of the Party Board, party commissions under the Central Committee of the CPB.
Chairman of the Audit Commission of the PBC in 1938 - 1963 . Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1937-1946, the Supreme Council of the BSSR in 1947 - 1963.
