Biography
Born on February 20, 1927 in the village of Keper-Aryk, Moscow region, Chui region . From the peasants. Kyrgyzstan .
Since 1944 he worked on the farm to them. CM. Budyonny : clerk, since 1945 - weigher.
In state security agencies since September 1946 . In April 1948 he graduated from the Tashkent School of the Ministry of State Security, worked as an officer in charge of the Frunze city department, and since 1951 he worked as a senior officer in charge of the Ministry of State Security of the Kyrgyz SSR. In September 1952 he was sent to study at the Higher School of the MGB - the KGB , which he graduated in 1955 with a diploma in law. Then he held the following positions:
- Deputy Head of the 2nd Division of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR (October 1955 - June 1961);
- Head of the KGB Directorate under the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR in the Osh Region (June 1961 - July 1966);
- Head of the Department of Administrative Bodies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan (1966 - 1967);
- Chairman of the KGB at the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR (March 19, 1967 - April 18, 1978);
- Senior Lecturer - Head of the special course of the special faculty “B” of the Training Center of the special faculties of the KGB Red Banner Institute (1978);
- Senior Lecturer - Head of the special course of the special faculty "A" of the Training Center of the special faculties of the KGB Red Banner Institute (1978 - 1981);
- Senior Lecturer - Head of the special course of the special faculty "B" of the Training Center of the special faculties of the Red Banner Institute of the KGB named after Yu.V. Andropova (1981 - 1988);
- Chairman of the KGB of the Kyrgyz SSR (January 16, 1989 - August 19, 1991).
Since 1991 - retired. Since 1998 - Advisor to the President of Kyrgyzstan A. Akayev , acting expert consultant and expert adviser to the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan, in 2000 - 2001 - Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan K.S. Bakiev .
He died on April 22, 2009 in Moscow .
