History
Founded in 1906. In 1928, the village of Novo-Mikhailovskaya consisted of 277 farms. Center of the Novo-Mikhailovsky Village Council of the Uglovsky District of the Rubtsovsk District of the Siberian Territory. In the village there were a school and a shop [1] .
Population
In 1926, 1,568 people lived in the village (773 men and 795 women), the main population being Russians [1] .
