Biography
Noblewoman , daughter of a real state adviser Pyotr Konstantinovich Bulich. Until 1904 she was educated at the Kazan Rodion Institute of Noble Maidens , from where she was expelled. In October 1905 she was arrested, then released. In April 1906 she was arrested, and a month later sent to Chistopol district of the Kazan province. In 1907, she was arrested and sentenced to administrative expulsion for 2 years to the Arkhangelsk province , which was replaced by expulsion abroad to France . In 1908 she returned to the Russian Empire, where she was arrested and sentenced to administrative expulsion for 3 years to the Arkhangelsk province. She fled from exile and was arrested again on April 28, 1915, in the same year she was sentenced to administrative expulsion for 3 years to the Irkutsk province in the village of Manzurka . March 6 (19), 1917 amnestied . From April to September 1917, the Secretary of the Kazan organization of the Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries-Internationalists and Maximalists . From September to October 1917 in the working section of the Kazan Council, then until October 1918 the chairman of the Audit Commission of the Kazan Council. May 29, 1939 sentenced to 8 years in prison. In August 1946, released. From August 1946 to January 1953, retired in the city of Maloyaroslavets, Kaluga Region. Arrested in January 1953, released on November 27, 1953. Retired from the same month. In August 1956, reinstated in the Communist Party .
