She was born in 1913 in a working family at the Astrakhan station (today it has been abolished, it is part of the village of Zhaltyr in the Astrakhan district of the Akmola region ). Since 1945, she headed the kenaf cultivation unit at the Nizhne-Chuisky state farm in the Kaganovichi district.
In 1949, the link of Nadezhda Kosivtseva grew on average 94 centners of kenaf from each hectare. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 10, 1950, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle "
After retirement, she lived in the village of Tömönkyu Chui, where she died in 1986.
