About the album

In an interview with Kerrang! 2008, Buzz Osborne admitted:

I always liked Lustmord , and making a joint album with him seemed like a good idea to me. However, Pigs of the Roman Empire cannot be called cooperation in the full sense, since there are things on the album that are strictly “his”, and there are things that are strictly “ours”. [2]

At the same time, information about who worked on what was never revealed.

A significant contribution to the creation of the album was made by Adam Jones , the guitarist of the band Tool .
