Born in 1900 in a peasant family in the village of Tatti-Bulak (today - Uzgen district of Osh region). Since 1933 - handyman of the Erkin collective farm in the Kurshab district. Since 1943 he participated in the Great Patriotic War. After demobilization in 1945 he returned to his native collective farm. Since 1945 he headed the field link.
In 1947, the Tulvay Kainazarov link collected an average of 31.72 centners of wheat per 18 hectare plot. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 26, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
In 1960 he retired.
