Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Nerl River , 10 km northwest of the center of the village of Nerl and 29 km southwest of the district center of Teykovo .
History
In the XVIII-XIX centuries, the village belonged to the following landowners: Gundorov, Bludov and Lozhkin. In 1771, the owner of the village, Prince Andrei Vasilyevich Gundorov, built a stone church with a bell tower. There were two thrones in the church: in the cold - in honor of the Icon of the Sign of the Mother of God, in the warm chapel - in the name of St. Nicholas and the Miracle Worker. In 1893, the parish consisted of a village (12 yards) and villages Popadkino, Deshevitsy, Dushino, Yasnovo. There are 52 households in the parish, 212 men, 238 women [2] . During the years of Soviet Power, the church in the village was completely destroyed.
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Nelshin volost of the Suzdal district of the Vladimir province .
Since 1929, the village was part of the Duminsky Village Council of the Teykovsky District , since 1979 - as part of the Moskvinsky Village Council [3] , since 2005 - as part of the Nerl city settlement .
