The order of Lenin

Born in 1893 in a peasant family in the village of Kulunda. He worked as a shepherd, a senior shepherd at the Cholpon state farm in Kochkor district. Since 1939 he worked as a laborer, foreman of the beet-growing brigade on the farm "Red East" of the Kalinin district.

In 1947, the team of Zakhar Dibinetskiy raised an average of 807.5 centners of sugar beets per hectare. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 26, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
