Biography
Born in a Russian family of employees.
In 1977, he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in aircraft manufacturing [1] ; until 1988 he worked as an engineer, senior and leading engineer of the Moscow Institute of Heat Engineering [2] . In 1988-1991 - at party work: instructor, deputy department head, head of the political education cabinet, head of the socio-political center of the Kirov district committee of the CPSU [1] [2] .

Subsequently worked:
- an expert of the Russian-American joint venture Social Progress (1992);
- Deputy Director of Vargus Enterprises LLP (October 1992 - December 1993);
- Transport Director of Artel Business and Telecommunications LLP (December 1993 - September 1997);
- manager of CJSC “Undus Trading” (September 1997 - January 1998);
- expert, chief manager of Domodedovo-Terminal CJSC (February 1998 - April 2000);
- Head of Division, Department of Finance and Management, FPK “Security Formula” (April 2000 - February 2002);
- chief specialist of the regional branch of the all-Russian public movement People's Patriotic Union of Russia (August 2003 - July 2004);
- chief specialist of the regional public foundation for the support of education, science and culture "Assistance" (July - November 2004) [2] .

Party Activities
In the 1980s, he was elected secretary of the Komsomol organization, a member of the trade union committee of the enterprise, and a delegate to the Moscow City Conference of the CPSU.
