Biography
Born in the city of Chelyabinsk . Father - Grigory Alekseevich - production engineer, mother - Taisiya Nikolaevna - design engineer. In 1984 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a degree in engineering physics. In 1984, he worked as an engineer at the experimental engineering plant them. V. M.
