Biography
Born on January 18, 1959 in the Karakul district of the Bukhara region .
- 1977-1982 - Student at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization.
- 1982-1984 - Military service.
- 1984-1986 - Engineer of the land design department of the Department of Agriculture in the Bukhara region.
- 1986-1988 - Head of the department of land resources of the Bukhara region.
- 1988-2001 - Head of the Department of Land Resources of the Karakul region of Bukhara region.
- 2001-2003 - Head of the department of land registration and accounting for land resources in the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- 2003-2005 - Head of the Department of the State Land Cadastre and Land Registration in the State Committee on Land Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- 2005-2006 - Chief engineer at the Uzdaverloiikha State Land Research Design Institute.
- 2006-2008 - Chief Director at the Uzdaverloiikha State Land Research and Design Institute.
