TIS-Grain ( Eng. TIS-Grain ) - Ukrainian grain terminal, one of the main terminals of the country for the transshipment of grain cargo [1] . Belongs to TIS-Zerno LLC, founded in 1999. The founder and owner of 100% of the shares is a Hungarian citizen , Alexei Fedorychev [2] . The director of the terminal is Igor Chobitko.

Activities
The terminal is located in the waters of the Yuzhny port , to the north-east of Odessa . It occupies a land area of 14 hectares. Cargo transshipment is carried out at the modernized berth No. 16 (length - 279 m, depth at the border - 14 m).
Specialization
- the provision of grain transshipment services at the Yuzhny port;
- storage of grain crops in warehouses .
Cargo transshipment capacity is 7 million tons per year.
The capacity of one-time storage of warehouses is 460 thousand tons.
The capacity of the floor grain warehouse is 120 thousand tons (the largest in Europe).
In 2016, the transshipment volume amounted to 5520.9 thousand tons.
