Born in 1913 into a peasant family in the village of Tatti-Bula (today - Uzgen district ). In 1928 he entered one of the collective farms of the Kurshab district. In 1940 he joined the CPSU (b). In 1944 he was elected chairman of the Madanyat collective farm in the Kurshab district.
He brought the farm to the number of advanced agricultural enterprises in the Kurshab district. In 1947, he carried out land reclamation work on 1700 hectares of arable land, as a result of which this year the collective farm handed over to the state an average of 18 centners of grain per hectare. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 26, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
