Biography
A peasant from the village of Krasny Bor, Tikhvin county, Novgorod province. Graduate of the Zemstvo school. He served as a volost foreman. He was engaged in agriculture on an allotment of 28 acres.
On February 7, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the Russian Empire of the second convocation from the congress from the general composition of the electors of the Novgorod Provincial Electoral Assembly. He was close to the faction of the Union on October 17th . He was a member of the Duma Commission on the normal rest of employees in trade and craft establishments.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
