Biography
Born on October 16, 1932 in Daugavpils . In 1944, she emigrated with her family to Germany . In 1949 he moved to the United States . In 1955 he graduated from the University of Michigan . In 1973 he defended his doctorate in pedagogy. In 1995, she founded and managed until 2003 the Latvian Center for Families.
