Biography

Anatoly Ippolitovich Saykovsky was born on August 27, 1934 in Kamensky . He graduated from the Kiev art school. T. G. Shevchenko , after that he moved to Leningrad [1] . He graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. E. Repin [1] . Pupil I.I. Fomin and S. B. Speransky [6] .

After that A. Saykovsky moved to the city of Rybinsk , where he became the chief architect [3] . Then he moves to Dnepropetrovsk , where he becomes the chief project architect at the Dnepropetrovsk branch of Ukrgorstroyproekt [3] .

Since 1972, he was directed by the chief architect of the regional center of Novgorod [4] .

In the 1980s, Anatoly Saykovsky proposed in the Saksagansky district of Krivoy Rog, to make the Krivbass Flower in the wasteland near the Krivbass supermarket, and construction began in the spring of 1984, which ended in the fall [7] .
