Biography
Since 1927 he worked in Astrakhan at a fishing enterprise of the Astrakhanryba trust. From 1930 to 1943 he worked as a laborer in the agricultural cartel "Algashyk" of the Bisensky village council.
From 1944 to 1952 - Chairman of the Terektinsky Village Council, Chairman of the Karl Marx Collective Farm in the Urdinsky District. In 1947, the collective farm took leading positions in animal husbandry in the Urdinsky district. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 23, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal for receiving high livestock productivity in 1947 when the collective farm compulsory supplies of agricultural products and a livestock development plan.
After graduating from the Agricultural Institute, he worked as an agronomist, farm manager, deputy director of the Manshuk Mametova state farm.
Since 1973 he lived in Uralsk. He died in 1982.
- Memory
A memorial plaque in memory of Karasai Sariev, who lived in this house from 1973 to 1977, was installed on the house No. 172 in the city of Uralsk [2] .
