Reiman Hui Shing-Ngai ( Chinese 許 誠 毅 , born 1963) is a Hong Kong animator and director. Best known as the co-director of the cartoon Shrek the Third [1] and as the (co) director of several short films, such as Secrets of the Furious Five , Shrek: Horror stories and Puss in Boots: Three Devils .

Content
Early life
Hui was born in 1963 in Hong Kong . He did not have a father and he lived with his mother and two other brothers [2] . Hui himself says that he loves to draw since he remembers himself [3] . In 1984, he graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. [4]
Career
After graduation, he began working as an animator at Quantum Studios in Hong Kong [5] . In 1989, he moved to Canada and for some time created animation for television commercials in Toronto [5] . In the same year, he began working as an animator in Pacific Data Images , which was later acquired by DreamWorks Animation [2] [5] .
Co-director of such cartoons as Shrek the Third and Shrek: Horror stories [1] [6] . The director of such short films as Puss in Boots: Three Devils and Secrets of the Furious Five .
In 2015, he directed the movie .
