In August - December 1942, he was the responsible organizer of the Personnel Department of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in Moscow. In December 1942 - August 1943 - at the disposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) U in the city of Moscow.

In August 1943 - September 1945 - 2nd Secretary of the Zhytomyr Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

In September 1945 - August 1948 - student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in Moscow.

In September 1948 - May 1950 - 1st Secretary of the Konstantinovsky City Committee of the Communist Party (b) in the Stalin Region.

In June 1950 - after 1954 - the district inspector of the Central Statistical Office in the city of Lisichansk, Voroshilovgrad region. Then he lived in the Zaporozhye region, where he died in 1959.
