Biography
He graduated from the Kazakh Medical College.
In 1931 - 33 years - head of the economic department of the grain sector of the Kazak regional committee. In 1933 - 36 years - Executive Secretary, instructor of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the Kazakh SSR . In 1938-1939 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Council of the South Kazakhstan Region, from 1942 he worked in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. In 1944-1947 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Council of Workers' Deputies of the Taldy-Kurgan Region .
