Born in the city of Shusha. He started writing in 1930. The first collection is “Poems” (1937).
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940.
During the Second World War , his collections of poems were published - “The Oath of the Fighter”, “With the Fiery Language”, and “The Glow”. Boryan is the author of heroic dramas: “On the Heights” (1947), “Under One Roof” (1958). Separate verses are devoted to Ukraine (Three Brothers, Ukraine).
