The Federation of South-Eastern Kalimantan ( Indonesia. Federasi Kalimantan Tenggara ) is an independent state, subsequently autonomy within the United States of Indonesia (United States), which existed in 1947 - 1950 and was located in the south-eastern part of Kalimantan Island.

History
The Federation of Southeast Kalimantan was founded in January 1947 . The head of the Federation was the Chairman of the Council of South-East Kalimantan Abdul Ghaffar Noor ( indon. Abdul Gaffar Noor ). On December 27, 1949, the Federation became a member of the United States of America as an autonomy. On April 18, 1950, the Federation was abolished; its territory became part of the restored unitary Republic of Indonesia . Now the territory of the former Federation is part of the province of South Kalimantan .
