Fujiwara no Teishi (Sadako) ( 藤原 定子 Fujiwara no Teishi / Sadako , 977 - January 13, 1001 ) - Empress is a consort of the Japanese emperor Ichijo from the Fujiwara clan. Character of the classic book by writer Sei-Syonagon Notes at the head of the bed (the author was her court and described her mistress). [one]
Fujiwara no Taishi was the first daughter of Fujiwara no Mititaka ( 藤原 道 隆 ) [2] . Her mother Takashina no Takako was a famous poetess, and two brothers held significant administrative posts.

"Notes at the head" were originally recorded in a notebook, which the empress gave Sei-Shonagon to keep a personal diary.
