Biography
Born February 1, 1990 in Buinaksk (Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Darginets .
Graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a degree in Railway Engineering. Representing Moscow , in 2010 he became the bronze medalist of the Russian freestyle wrestling championship in the weight category up to 96 kg. In 2011 he graduated from the graduate school of the same university, candidate of political sciences .

He worked as a duty officer at the station of the Shamkhal railway station, was a teacher at Moscow State University of Railways, and then a chief specialist of the Makhachkala city assembly of deputies, and curator of the youth city parliament. In March 2015, he was appointed as the head of the committee on sports, tourism and youth affairs of the city of Mahach [2] kala [3] [4] .
