Biography

Born November 14, 1916 in the village of New Beguchi ( Saratov region ) in a peasant family. After finishing 3 classes of school, he worked as a tractor driver on a collective farm. In 1937 he served in the Red Army after demobilization, settled in the Far East . He was again called up to the Red Army at the end of June 1941. He began to take part in battles from September 1942. In July 1943 he was seriously wounded in battles near Orel . May 31, 1944 awarded the medal "For Courage" . July 23, 1944 during the fighting for Radzyn ( Poland ) destroyed 2 anti-tank guns with calculations. August 17, 1944 awarded the Order of Glory 3rd degree . January 16, 1945 during the fighting near Plec ( Poland ) destroyed 2 tanks, 1 armored personnel carrier , 4 guns, 5 machine guns and about 50 enemy soldiers. March 8, 1945 awarded the Order of Glory 2 degrees . January 31 - February 5, 1945 in the battles for Scamp , Kunersdorf and Sternberg ( Poland ), damaged 3 tanks, 2 anti-tank guns, 1 anti-aircraft gun, 1 mortar, 9 cars and 20 wagons with ammunition and provisions of the enemy. Also destroyed approximately 100 enemy troops. May 31, 1945 awarded the Order of Glory 1 degree . On March 20-24, 1945, during the expansion of the bridgehead on the right bank of the Oder , 1 tank, 1 anti-tank gun, 6 machine guns and about 20 enemy soldiers were destroyed. March 24, 1945 seriously injured. April 17, 1945 awarded the Order of the Red Star . Demobilized in August 1945. He worked as a tractor driver on a collective farm. Died August 15, 2006 [1] [2] .
