Geographical position
The village of Lugovaya of the municipality “ Tugulymsky urban okrug ” is located 15 kilometers south-southwest of the village of Tugulym (along the highway 20 kilometers), on the right bank of the Pyshma river, along the Zmeevka river (the right tributary of the Pyshma river). The village is located opposite the village of Lugovskaya [2] .
