LiAZ-6274

LiAZ-6274 is a Russian city low-floor electric bus of a large class produced by the Likinsky Bus Plant [1] . The first fully low-floor electric bus made in Russia. It was developed on the basis of the LiAZ-5292 low-floor bus model, mass-produced since 2004. Designed for large cities with intense passenger traffic. As of March 2019, 24 units were issued, 22 of which are in operation in Moscow and 1 in Tyumen. Another copy is at the LiAZ plant. Serial production started in September 2018.

The prototypes of the electric bus are released in a version with ONC-charging (night slow charging in the park). The serial model is available in a version with OC-charging (ultra-fast charging from a charging station).

6274.00 (ONC)

Built on the basis of the bus modification LiAZ-5292.22 in June 2012. Equipped with lithium-ion batteries manufactured by Liotech. The estimated maximum range is 200 km. [2] [3] This electric bus was transferred to the FATP for testing, and it was assigned the number 08106. The electric bus very quickly failed, the electric bus tests with passengers did not take place and the electric bus returned to the factory. Failure to test the model called into question the launch of LiAZ-6274 electric buses in serial production.

The second instance was created in the base of a prototype bus modification LiAZ-5292.30 . An improved version of the first electric bus model with lithium-titanate batteries over the entire roof plane. It was tested at the Central State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans branch from December 2016 to October 2017. This instance of the electric bus successfully passed double tests both during a two-month break-in and with passengers on the m2 route, and then returned to the factory. After this, the third instance went to work in Tyumen for a permanent job, however, at the end of 2018, problems with the battery were detected and it was returned to the factory [4] . In March 2019 he returned to Tyumen with updated optics (similar to the serial model of the electric bus in the OC version) and updated door leaves with buttons.

Serial production of electric buses based on the LiAZ-5292.22 bus was supposed to begin in December 2017 [5] , but the plant later abandoned these plans.

6274.00 (OC)

In February 2018, a second copy was built on the basis of the bus restyled modification LiAZ-5292.65-77 . It features an ultra-fast charging type and a smaller number of batteries placed on the roof. The initial prototype used the same charging method as the electric bus in the ONC version (pistol type charging). Due to the removal of the engine shaft, as well as the placement of a full rear window and additional seats, the electric bus received a hump on the roof, to which other electrical equipment was moved. This variant of the electric bus successfully passed the tender, however, during the trial operation without passengers on route 73, the first version of the electric bus with pistol charging failed the test. In September 2018, the electric bus returned to the factory, and in November of the same year it underwent modernization into an electric bus with dynamic recharging .

In September 2018, the serial production of an electric bus with pantograph charging began. Until the end of 2018, it was planned to supply 100 electric buses to the branches of the Northeast and Central State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans to transfer part of the trolleybus and bus routes defined in the competition. As of April 2019, the supply of electric buses with ultra-fast charging was carried out in violation of the planned terms, but in three months the plant increased production volumes. In total, as of July 17, 2019, 74 electric buses in this design were delivered to Moscow.
