The source is located south of the district center Nizhnyaya Tavda at the confluence of several reclamation canals [1] . From the source, the river flows predominantly in the direction to the north through a marshy forest [1] . After 4 kilometers the river enters the line of the village of Lower Tavda. Here the channel passes through a rather deep ravine and it coils strongly. Further, 3 kilometers from the mouth, the river receives a single tributary (left) - a small river Saranka. It falls into the river Tavda, 127 kilometers from the mouth on the right bank.
Bridges
Three road bridges were built across the river in Lower Tavda:
- bridge on the bypass road
- bridge on Sacco street
- bridge on Sovetskaya street
Pollution
Due to the fact that the river flows through the settlement, it experiences a negative anthropogenic impact: household rubbish is present along the banks, pieces of scrap metal can be found in the riverbed, and ashenizer machines sometimes come to unload to the river. [2]
