Geographical position
The village of Berezovo of the municipality of “ Turinsky urban okrug ” is located 31 km west-north-west of the city of Turinsk (41 km along the highway), on the left bank of the Tura River, on the northern bank of the old Lake Verhnee Ilyasovo. From the village of Beryozovo there is an irregular ferry service to the village of Lenskoye . Another name of the village is Chuvashovo [2] .
