Biography
Ibrahim Khan Mirza Tagi Khan oghlu was born in 1888 in Tiflis in a noble family. Father was a consul. Received general education at the Tiflis gymnasium. He graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff .
In the first cabinet of the ADR, the head of the Diplomatic Department took over. After the collapse, the ADR continued its activities in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan SSR.
Ibrahim Khan moved to Iran in 1921 . He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran.
Ibrahim Khan Zend was also the Minister of War in the government of Prime Minister Murtuz Kuli Bayat.
However, on November 20, at a closed meeting of the Mejlis, Murtazagulu Bayat was nominated for the post of prime minister. On November 25, Bayat announced the composition of the cabinet. With the permission of the Shah, the Mejlis at the meetings on November 26-27 approved the new government. Thus, Bayat Murtazagulu (Saham es-Sultan) became the Prime Minister, Rais Mohsun - the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adl Mustafa - the Minister of Justice, Malek Seid - the Minister of Health, Ibrahim Zend - the Minister of War, Amanulla Ardalen - the Minister of Finance, Soruri - Interior Minister, Khidayat - Minister of Industry and Trade, Nadir Mirza Arasta - Minister of Posts and Telegraphs, Sadikh Isa - Minister of Education, Nasrullah Entezam - Minister of Railways, Fahim ul-Mulk and Ali Akper Siyashi - ministers without briefcases [1] .
Ibrahim Khan Zend passed away in 1974 .
