Adele Live 2016 ( Adele Live 2017 for concerts in 2017) is the third concert tour of the British singer Adele in support of her third studio album 25 . The tour began on February 29, 2016 in Belfast in Northern Ireland and continued in the UK , Europe and North America. In 2017, the tour takes place in Oceania and will end with four concerts in London in July 2017 at Wembley Stadium . [1] [2] [3]

Start tour and commercial success
Adele announced the dates for the West European part of the tour on November 26, 2015. After the tickets went on sale on December 4, 2015, most of the dates were completely sold out, which is why new dates and cities appeared on the tour schedule. Concert tickets were sold out almost instantly, representatives of SSE Hydro in Glasgow said that 13,000 tickets were sold out 2 minutes after the start of sales. Due to high demands, online queues were organized, in which there were more than 50,000 people for concerts with only seating.
On December 14, 2015, Adele announced the North American tour dates. They include six concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York and eight concerts at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Adele broke Taylor Swift 's record for the number of continuous sold-outs at the Staples Center , increasing the number from five to eight. Ten million people tried to buy tickets for a show in North America, but only 750,000 tickets were available.
On March 18, 2016, Adel confirmed the rumors. she will be the headliner of the Glastonbury festival on June 25, 2016. She announced this at her concert in the London O2 arena.
Dates of the Australian part of the tours were announced on November 15, 2016. Adele will give several concerts at stadiums with a special program in February-March 2017.
The dates of the New Zealand part were announced on November 18, 2016.
