The Center for Art Education (CEA) ( Spanish: Centro de Educacion Artistica ) is a Mexican institute affiliated with Televisa television company, specializing in art and acting.

History
On September 26, 1978, the Mexican actor Eugenio Cobo created the institute on the basis of the television company Televisa , 9 years after that he himself headed it and still stands at the helm of this institute.
Study direction
Every year, about 5,000 applicants from all over the world dream of joining the CEA, however, Televisa TV company has a strict selection of applicants, and as a result, from 35 to 40 applicants who pass the entrance examinations for three years study at the specified institute enter the entrance exams annually. Applicants must be young people strictly from 18 to 23 years old. CEA specializes in three areas: art, acting and the theoretical and cultural field. After graduation, they receive diplomas in the following professions: film director, theater actor, television figure, film and television actor, ballet dancer, dance artist, jazz singing, film critic, text critic, artist, film and TV series artist. This institution is unique and unique not only in Mexico, but also throughout Latin America, because it does not have branches and partner schools.
