Biography
Member of the CPSU since 1948.
He graduated from Taldy-Kurgan Zootechnical and Veterinary College ( 1967 ), graduated from the Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute (1958). Candidate of Economic Sciences ( 1971 ).
In 1945 - in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
In 1945-1949 - Secretary of the Shubar Village Council, in 1949-1952 - Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Taldykurgan District, in 1952 - 1960 . - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Taldykurgan District.
Head of the department of the Taldykurgan city executive committee, chairman of the Borlitobinsky city executive committee.
In 1960 - 1973 - 2nd Secretary of the Andreevsky District Party Committee, Chairman of the Panfilov District Executive Committee, 1st Secretary of the Andreevsky Party Committee.
Since 1973 - Secretary of the Taldykurgan Region Party Committee. He was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan at the 13th Congress.
Twice awarded the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor. [one]
