Biography
- Born in the village of Karabai on May 25, 1909.
- In 1928-1930 he graduated from the working faculty in Orenburg.
- In 1931-1935 he studied at the Baku Oil Institute .
Labor Path
- In 1936-1945 he worked in the Embaneft trust.
- In 1938-1959 he was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and the Kazakh SSR.
- In 1945-1951 - the first secretary of the party committee of the Zhylyoi region.
- In 1951-1957 - the head of the association "Kazakhstanstanmay".
- In 1957-1965 - Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the West Kazakhstan Region.
- In 1965-1971 - the head of the associations "Kazakhstan қ Kazakhstan", "Mangistaumunaigas".
- In 1971-1980 - Deputy Head of the Institute of Planning and Scientific and Technical Information Committee of the Kazakh SSR.
- In 1980 he went on a well-deserved rest [1] .
