Biography
He graduated in 1936 from the Alma-Ata Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute.
In 1936-1947 He worked as a senior livestock specialist at the Senzhar, Presnovsky state farms, and the main livestock specialist at the trust of state farms in the North Kazakhstan Region. In 1947-1959 he was the chief inspector of the Ministry of State Farms of the Kazakh SSR, the head of the Livestock Division of the Ministry of State Farms of the Kazakh SSR, the chief livestock specialist, the chief inspector of cattle of the Ministry of State Farms of the Kazakh SSR, the head of the Sheep Breeding Department, the head of the Main Directorate of Livestock Production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR.
